The Miltner Adams Company reserves the right to change prices and materials without notice.
Purchasing
Absolutely NO sales to minors! The buyer, when purchasing from this website, over the telephone, or by email or snail mail, represents
that he/she is an adult of legal age to make such a purchase. Further, the buyer is solely responsible for having knowledge of and
complying with all applicable local, state and federal (or national) laws regarding ownership, use and possession of any item in the Miltner Adams
catalog and for using the products ordered from the Miltner Adams Company in a lawful manner. If there is any question or doubt, please review your

CREDIT CARD ORDERS: For security reasons, we will ship only to the credit card holder's billing address.
International Customs
Miltner Adams Company assumes no responsibility in the event your order is delayed, held or confiscated by customs. The customer is solely responsible for having knowledge
of and complying with the local laws and customs regulations of the destination country. Once Miltner Adams Company ships the order, the customer is responsible for the delivery.

Warranty
The Miltner Adams Company fully guarantees its products against any defects in workmanship and materials. We ask that you do not purposely abuse your Miltner Adams knife. That aside, we will do our best to recondition and/or repair any damage for the lifetime of your Miltner Adams knife. Please contact the Miltner Adams Company prior to shipping your knife back to us, so that we may ensure the best possible service. Any Miltner Adams Knife returned to us for reconditioning or repair must include your name, phone number and shipping address. Refunds
Your satisfaction with our products and service is our top priority. If you have a problem with a transaction or a product, just
let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. (See our "Warranty" for additional information.)
RETURNS: All items must be returned to Miltner adams Company within 7 days of receipt of order in new, unused condition for refund.
